No it's not that bad just don't anger the wrong people, eventually everyone here gets a bit cynical but such is the nature of life

This is probably the better album of the two but it makes me feel much more wintry than warm.

Anyway, the title track is a masterpiece and "The Scientist" and "Amsterdam" are nearly as good.

Good standouts, the title track in particular remains a truly amazing song and makes it even more shameful how far they've fallen.

Album is full of feels, this was my life once upon a time.

In college my friends deleted all of my Meshuggah off of my itunes and downloaded Coldplay, renamed all of it all of the Meshuggah songs/albums. Can't listen to this band now, still bitter about that incident from 2007.

Since that had to have been pre-Mylo Coldplay then chances are whatever they put up was miles better then Meshuggah :-P

"uhhhhhhhh excuse you, Meshuggah rule.

Took the words right out of my mouth.

Also, it was pretty great, have to admit. We never really quite topped that - all the other stuff was just rearranging our friends room, duct taping entire body on the couch if anyone passed out with shoes on, etc

One time for an April Fools' prank I BS'd my friend about showing her a new Coldplay song. Instead I queued up the really squeaky... solo?... that begins roughly 50 seconds into "Subtle Body" by Gorguts

So many great tracks here. T/t, A Whisper, Politik, Clocks, Daylight, and God Put A Smile are fantastic. Can't believe the stuff they're putting out now, like the poppy tracks on Ghost Stories and A Head Full of Dreams when the same band made Viva La Vida and this. The songs they've been doing with The Chainsmokers aren't terrible though tbh.
