yeah it's a 3.5/4 i think. gets very samey and boring in parts but the good parts of it are awesome. they kinda sound like melodyssey/rishloo/the butterfly effect (last album) combined.
the start of the album is great, they just need to change it up a bit more and get their loud/soft dynamics right.
fav tracks are here we divide and space on the wall.

This is growing off a little bit. Don't think it has the staying power that Karnivool et al. have. But its still awesome.
Obsessed with The Design. The vocals towards the end are insane.

The best songs on here are 'here we divide','one step','this long hour' and 'the design'.Although 'one step' being one step ahead of the other 3.But some songs such as 'big', and the last two simply sounds ordinary.Great album nonetheless !

agreed, but its still great nonetheless. im ready for Karnivool to release something new though, i listened to a good portion of Sound Awake every day in my car. Up until This is a warning was released though. Im sure Sound Awake will replace DLC in my cd player in the near future though. its just too good
