It suffers for me for how it comes after both The Blister Exists and Three Nil, which seems like a re-hash of those two songs. It's not bad, but just blah to me.

Great review Kripes, I agree with you on almost every point except for Vermillion Part 2 which is one of my favourite acoustics by a metal band (the best IMO is roulette). The Blister Exists really (really) grew on me and is now my favourite song by Slipknot followed by Pulse of the Maggots and Opium of the People. I badly need to get this album.
