I think Weapon of Vanity, The Crestfallen, and Wherever Thorns May Grow are among Soilwork's greatest songs personally. There actually aren't really any songs I dislike here...Figure Number Five has a few of those. Brickwalker is fucking awful for instance.

Well yeah, Brickwalker is like their worst song probably. Departure Plan is also a joke

I also think The Mindmaker is pretty bad, even though its main riff is pretty groovy.

If that album weren't ridiculously catchy it'd be a 2/5.

Well that's why I like it. It's catchy. And this album isn't any better and it's only semi-catchy.

I think this is a great album.

I prefer it to The Living Infinite. Yes the Living Infinite is heavier, but I think the songwriting is stronger here. I do miss the harmonised lead parts from 'Figure Number Five' though, they don't feature on here so often.

This band has the incredible ability to write great sounding riffs and melodies followed by the most

hideous thing you've ever heard that makes you want to break all the guitars in the world. Almost at

Dimebag level. The t/t is a perfect example, my God those verses are vomit inducing, of course having

Bjorn's constipated as fuck screams helps

I was jamming Stabbing The Drama all the time when I was in Germany. If we met there and you told me that it sucks, we would have some serious problems to solve.

I would call the Russian mafia to take all matters in their hands.

Lucky for me then, because this sucks and swallows hard, just in case my rating didn't make that clear

Him and his father are in a gang of fucking sadistic crazy people. The weather is incredibly shitty right now, I'm in my appartment, not on a beach, Jesus. I'm melting, for fuck's sake.

This and Sworn to a Great Divide...maybe The Ride Majestic...are their best 3 albums

This is their best album by a landslide.
Their second best album is Sworn to a Great Divide.

Both of those records are untouchable.
