Touché but I'm a huge nerd into 80's synth as well, so tracks like Gypsy and You Won't Change Me are right up my alley.

You like this more than Sabotage Doc? :O

Yeah, I know it sounds crazy an Sabotage is a good record for sure. There's just something about this damn record. Ozzy has some really haunting moments vocally and while I know the band was struggling working together at the time, this record just works for me.
|
| |
Well you're the first person I've heard say that. Personally I think this was a huge step down in every way. Even Am I Going Insane is better than most of the tracks here.

It's different that's for sure. Take Symptom of the universe off Sabotage for example. Between the speed of the riffs and Ozzy's vocals, that song and record has a much more aggressive pace. Which is more enticing to a metal fan base for sure. But the atmosphere and melody in the riffs of TE is just so cool to me. So they're two completely different records with Sabotage being the heavier record. One thing I will give Sabotage though, is the drums are awesome on that record.

Yeah this is a good album with some great songs, but the overall songwriting is far inferior to the previous 6.
