Lelle

I can't quite put my finger on it(them) but when I listen to this I can't quite help but feel that there's stuff on here that I have heard on metalcore albums. They are some very metalcoreish breakdowns here that a start.

I don't really see this as metalcore or melodeath, there's not enough hardcore or death metal, it takes a lot of influence from both though

This is hands-down my favorite metal album ever. The bridge on "Doomsayer" is just incredible.

Alondite,

It is a really great album but for albums in the same vein, I think Clayman by In Flames is slightly better. Doomsayer slays!!

As far as In Flames goes, I think I prefer Jester to Clayman.
