so vocals were kinda bland and the cleans were REALLY off-key imo, but in general, that was pretty awesome. Way better than i expected!

It's a whole 10/10 better than Transgression though

Checked out their first demo, Evil Inside and gave it a 3.5 (and wrote up a soundoff for it). Here it is:

Drum&Bass, Gaber, swirling electronics, heavy guitar riffs, speed and aggression, and even a little bit of nu-metal (it was 1999, after all). The Shizit’s first demo release for mp3.com back in the late nineties is surprisingly good. On this release the electronics and beats are definitely in the forefront with the riffs buried beneath, but it works. Also, the vocals include screaming, whispering, spoken word and actual singing. Of course, there are a few things that don’t work but they don’t detract very much from the songs. The biggest issue here is the muddy production. It robs the songs of a lot of their power, but in no way makes this unlistenable.
I suggest that people start looking into their older albums (although I've still only heard this one and now their first one at this time).

I haven't... is that the Estonia band? If so, it's on my list. I have a lot of time off over Thanksgiving (American Holiday) and my gf will be gone so I'll have plenty of time near the end of the month to get to all the albums on my list.

I'd suggest also checking out the Helloween album I reccomended in the comments of his Helloween review... Gambling With The Devil.

Yeah that's the estonian band. Might actually review it during this week.

for sure, I'll add it to my list, but I can only get about 2 albums today. Idk, I might already get that too, but I probably won't listen to it today.

yeah Bloc, only we are nicer, we don't force, we suggest ;)

So glad I came by today... I had no idea the Shizit was going to be releasing anything.

I've been listening to these guys since I found them on MP3.com back in the day. Their mix of Gabber,

Drum & Bass and Jungle with really rough metal made them one of my favorites instantly.

I strongly suggest that anyone who hasn't heard their previous work should, Evil Inside and Soundtrack

for the Revolution (their LP) are both great. Also check out the band Rabbit Junk. RJ shares the

same vocalist and has a similar style.

Can't wait to get home and download this one.

best song (imo) is undoubtable Fat Slave. But on another note all the songs just rule face. There literally isn't a song I would give less than a 4/5

i can agree with you there Metal, but i still feel as though the first half of the album is better than the second half.
