Enjoyable album except for the clean vocals. I really wish they wouldn't join that lame fad. Clean vocals suck.

I don't think this is as good as any of their previous albums. I can't put that down to just the clean vocals - its the lack of any stand-out tracks and the loss of their superb melodic leads that spoils it.

To all you people that seem to think this is the greatest band and that this album somehow has any real redeeming factors, get the new Hypocrisy album when it comes out and learn something ;)

Ok, no really though, the new Hypocrisy should appeal to fans of this band and is 10-times better... the album is called "A Taste of Extreme Divinity".

One of the albums I'm looking forward to. Virus was excellent.

Never really gave Insomnium much of a listen myself..

Insomnium has some good songs and the older albums are very good. This was just a re-hash with some token extras tossed in. I don't generally like Hypocrisy, but their new one was really good (I haven't heard Virus).

You've already heard it? Has it leaked or something?

Promos... beautiful promos.

Edit: Although I'm not the only one to rate it, so maybe it's leaked too.

Ah I see, I guess I will just have to wait then. Writing a review I assume?

You should check out Virus though.

Only people giving this a rating higher than a 3 are the fanboys (myself included).

Hypocrisy's new one is great but it does not surpass Virus sadly.

Virus is hard to beat. At least it is not a disappointment.
