I know it doesn't, I am one of those who pos voted the review (although it was to counter the neg hurricane), but if it was the summary alone I would neg it in a second.
I'm sure that if this was a positive review people would have just pointed out the spelling/grammar errors, gave him some pointers to improve on for his next review and welcomed him to the site. But he gave the album a 2 so lets give him 20 negs.

If your afraid of reasonable discussion you can always join the bands fan club and discuss it with other people who will agree on everything. But considering this site is for discussing both sides of story, you should get used to opposition.
