I refer to Relativity from Emarosa. Alot of similarities between the two. Relativity came out July 2008, and this album February 2009. I know it seems silly to blame the earlier of the two of plagiarism, but something doesn't smell right with Jonny Craig. It could've been that AIEWHIP was being recorded at the same time as Relativity, and since they were on the same label, the demos of this one could have easily made its way to ears of JC. The similarities could point to either singer as the culprit, but I lean way more towards Jonny. Please someone with further insight debate me on this.

I hope they get back together, album rules. Dylan's highs are a little too high for me but there's no denying he's really fucking talented, and I dig his voice most of the time.

According to their facebook and bandsite they're definitely planning on releasing an EP with a new drummer. Touring and a second album are also being talked about among the members.
