No way. Follow The Water, Early Grave, Dethroned, Hollow Crown, Numbers Count For Nothing and In Elegance (did I just name half the album?) are the best tracks. Hell, they're some of the best tracks of 2009. Not to say that Left With A Last Minute isn't good, but the rest eclipses it.
