I'd say start with Audition before this -- I think it's better. But anything by P.O.S. or Doomtree is good for non-hip hop listeners to get into the genre with.

supposedly by the end of this year, and I think it's a collab with Astronautalis... which is kinda strange. Astro's a cool rapper though, check out his stuff on youtube (he's interesting in a sort of snarky, intelligent way).
