Listening to Timothy again. Man, if I could have a song written about me for my funeral... this would probably be it.

I heard this was life-changing. I'm listening to one track now, though, and I'm not feeling it.

Just listend for the first time, albums really good imo, how is hell and high waters compared to this? and do the harsh vocals ever progress to anything more then borderline muffled screams like they sometimes do on this album?

hell or high water is really different but it's still good. it's like a feel good indie record where this is more of like a deep emotional post-rock influenced thing. i'm not even sure what to call it.

the best thing you'll find for more harsh vocals from them is their first album, which also rules.

so they progressed like mewithoutYou pretty much? more melo/indie with each release/gave up screaming after the first one? sounds good to me, ill get son, i loved you and then hell or high water after this one sinks in more
