It takes a few listens for sure, but I still think there are better things out there.

I'm bone dry after giving it all up over that Void of Silence album... which I can't believe you weren't jizzing all over!

I still think it's a good album! I had another listen and raised it to a 4, but at the moment it's a pretty weak 4. I'm going to give it another listen later on today, hopefully.

Yea, i'm on my 4th or 5th time listening to it. So great.

I don't know what it is I'm not hearing because I'm on my fifth or sixth listen right now and it's still at a 3.5. (which is still good, but not what all of you are hearing).

dropped my rating due to the fact that March October just really slows the album down and really bogs it down, i usually end up skipping the track after about 8 mins. just cant stand it anymore

yeah March October really sticks out like a sore thumb, it just doesn't have the fluidity that the other tracks have.
and what is with you guys, this is fucking awesome. come on balls, a 3???.

The church keyboard sounds get redundant quick and alot of the songs just sound way too similar as far as riffing goes (I know that's a typical doom trait, but this was supposed to be something more).

mm, I guess if you don't like the sound of the organs you won't like this overall. I just found it to be such a smoothly moving album, other than March October. The melodies, pretty much on every track, are outstanding to.

I don't mind the church organs, I just wish they'd vary the sound a little bit. I mean, a 3.5 does equal "great" and it is a great album but there are some things I wish were different.
