Clint's vocals were off so far it hurt.
Crowd was shit, venue was shit (Frankston).
Setlist was boring lol.

So news just came out that Clint is leaving the band, and TBE are doing one last tour in Late April
with him.
I am in two minds about this. He is a very good vocalist, but IMO in this album he sounded less
inspired and there could have been far better vocal hooks. Regardless, whoever takes his place. has
some big shoes to fill...

So fucking depressed. It's like mammal breaking up all over again.
They say the three guys will continue together, but if anything it'll be under another name I reckon. Saw it comin from a mile away though. Just pisses me off that he's leaving to go sing for such a fucking boring band. FML
I'll probs go to four of the upcoming shows.

If they find a singer that is passionate about the music, then they'll still be awesome. That was the problem the last few years, Clint had next to no passion for TBEs music anymore, it started to show on this album even.
The musics still great, the three guys just need a singer that reignites the passion in their music. If they find that, theyll still do well

No it didn't, because there is no new album.
They haven't done anything since this, and probably wont.

I believe this deserves a 4 at least it's a great album and you can't say it's not creative.

What started with me reading the new Karnivool review a few weeks back, ended with hours of Cog, Birds of Tokyo, and these guys.
I see their older albums are rated higher, and that seems a bit unbelievable, because I think this album is near-perfect.
It's like if generic radio alt-rock had a baby with "3" and gave it a little more atmosphere and quirks....The Way and Room Without a View are fantastic.
