Yup, this an amazing summer album, but i only really like half of the songs. The title track, This is the Place, Dosed, Can't Stop and Thrown Away Your Televeiosn are th five best imo.

This is definitely my fave Chili Peppers album, its so much better than Stadium Arcadium. I used to listen to this way too much. I like Dosed, I Could Die For You, Can't Stop, Minor Thing, and Universally Speaking the best, although I like every song on there.

Another classic. They manage to achieve a mature tone without coming off as contrived or losing that sense of playfulness that makes the RHCP so wonderful. Fantastic guitar work throughout.

im not sure why but i can listen to this cd all the way down without any complaints. i feel like as soon as this album gets momentum the following track kinda keeps the momentum on a leash if you will. but if you smoke pot you will fully appreciate this cd. btu honestly, im glad i discovered this cd BEFORE i discovered drugs because this is way better
