Oh, I forgot to mention Flo. How could I!

And Kevin Talley isn't a speed drummer, he does his share of blastbeats but he has some really great fills. Listen to Dying Fetus' old stuff to hear (IMO) his best work.

Another good drummer is Brann Dailor from Mastodon. Listen to the start of The Wolf is Loose and tell me that's mediocre drumming.

He's cool. I like his style, but he shows off wayyyy to much. All fills and no solid drumming. But he is quite good.

It's kind of part of his style. He plays a really jazz fusion type of drumming. I like him a lot too. I actually should have mentioned him.

The only flaw with these guys is the lack of Guitar solos.. Joey Jordison is a sick drummer though

They nailed it on The Heretic Anthem, Left Behind and Gently. Brutual record, everyone needs this.

I remember getting this CD when i was in like, grade 7, and thinking it was the most hardcore shit ever released. I still like this CD even now.

Been listening to this today. reminds me of when I was first listening to heavy music.

Despite the preconceptions the band get form the masks and stuff, they do write some decent music. Plus Joey Jordison is a decent drummer.

Man this album is horrid. Joey is still great on it tho, albeit not very diverse.

There is worse out there. Haven't listened to this in ages. Only remember this as quite heavy and with a lot of cussing.
