im starting to like a higher place more and more.

The balance between melody and aggression on that album is just perfect to me, and the raw sounding production just makes it even better.

dear lord this is terrible

@bloc. yeah that album is so intense. I used to only listen to a few songs here and there off of it. But I enjoy the whole cd now.
|
| |
I was the same way at first. But then one time, the whole thing was just epic and it's been that way ever since.

Yeah same here. It happend 2 days before I saw them. And I had no Idea I was going till about 16 hours before going. It was a calling.

| |
imho this is their best. as bloc said the raw production on this totally owns. i just can't get into a higher place at all and i sortof start to like the discovery a bit..

The Discovery is their best work.
|
| |
theres still something called opinions, even if many people on here dont believe that
|
| |
My head says The Discovery, my heart say The New Reign
|
| |
I'm starting to think The Discovery might be their weakest album
|
| |
The Discovery just sounds a bit false to me
|
| |
Yeah I hear ya, kind of sounds like they were trying way too hard to sound different.
|
| |
and its way too long and there's way too much keyboard
|
| |
Keyboards are cool, but I like Osiris when all of their songs were like 2 minutes long and shit. These long ones start to get on the nerves.
|
| |
yeah but what makes the keyboards cool is the contrast with the junz, e.g. Brace Legs
when you have keys over everything it loses its effect imo
yeah i agree
|
| |
Hmm, that's a good point; I never thought of it like that.
