I think sim gishel, parhelic triangle, and uviol are the best tracks here. I remember one time this summer I was mowing my lawn to this album as I usually do with autechre and when sim gishel came on it was like... I don't even know dude

i was first getting into this album in fall of 2012, and during that time id always take long walks to class. but one morning it was a wet kind of misty, and pretty cold, and i put this on and was surrounded by the kind of grey, old industrial mill architecture that my city has and this album suddenly made perfect sense
ever since then any misty, overcast day i come right back here and its like that first day all over again.

good place to hit it
also yeah, i always imagine uviol as like this place with grey steel bars all around you in a perfectly square cube structure extending into infinity with glossy, glass barriers between them making out rooms. then theres a light source that you cant tell exactly where it's coming from but it only illuminates your immediate surroundings so its black everywhere but where you are. then there's stuff like snow falling from the sky and layering the floor but its not actually snow, just something that resembles snow
yeah i want to be in that place eventually.
