Great review, but I disagree on your view of Thom's prominent singing on the album making it weak. I thought HTTT had

a lot more of Eraser sounding songs than In Rainbows. Songs like We Suck Young Blood and I Will. were basically all

Thom Yorke's singing, but I think he is a really good singer. Still pos'd though

Not sure why my text is coming out this way.

The "choose your payment" option wasn't revolutionary. Major artists have been giving away their albums via download since the late 90's. It was just a dick publicity stunt on Radiohead's part. The version of In Rainbows Radiohead gave away was only at 192 kbps. And the second disc wasn't made available until the album was being sold commercially.

Masterpiece, truly one of the most brilliant albums of all time. Still there are different opinions, and I'll admit, this is a really good review.

For me it is the best Radiohead: it's consistent, it's experimental, it's emotional, it showcases every element in Radiohead's music, it has the four of the five best Radiohead songs (Nude, Weird Fishes, All I Need and Last Flowers To The Hospital, the other one being either Idioteque or Street Spirit) and has no filler, unlike OK Computer and Kid A. Opinions, though.

Reckoner is the best song here [20594860305]

Really need to hear this while high. Faust Arp is the perfect segue track between All I Need and Reckoner.

i like All I Need more than Reckoner honestly. it packs such an emotional punch.

and yea man do it. Faust Arp paints images of a majestic castle in the desert, it's quite bizarre.

That sounds beautiful. Haven't smoked in ages, think I might jam this whole album next time I do.

Reckoner JUST shades All I Need for me. The climax in the latter is seriously one of the best things ever.
