Yeah, it really grows on you. As evidence by my horrible analogy earlier in the comment chain.

I'm going to devote some time to it. Someone compared Rodan to them, I like Rodan and they took a little time for me to get into. So time will tell if I get more out of this.

Nice review, CTTS is such a talented band, from poetic lyrics and cryptic shout-a-long choruses, to mind blowing epic sound, this album has always been a favorite of mine.

My first experience with this several months ago was a bad experience. Much has changed since then and decided to get this. I'll come back in a week or so because this is pretty difficult.

Not what I was expecting either, but oh the payoff was eventually so worth it. Such an intense, epic, emotionally charged album. You'll love it Balls.

i can understand how this might be a 5 a few years ago, but i don't think the album is as good as when it first came out.

Cus you know albums degrade in quality over time, it's a well know fact. After 20 years albums just sound like farting noises.

This is a great record, but I'm not too crazy about the vocalist's screaming.

I personally think that emo/screamo as a genre in general doesn't age well, but this is an exception to that rule. Saetia's album on the other hand didn't age well for me.
