I love how they make a song like Big Day Coming sound so epic and full without any percussion at all

*Sudden Organ

but Nowhere Near is a runner up

a lot of this just feels...weak. like there's some sort of gap that needs to be filled that isn't necessarily sonic

We can play a Stones song,

sitting on a fence,

and it'll sound pretty good,

'til I forget how it ends

Upon first listen: This is good, but probably my least favorite of the 4 YLT albums I've heard

Could use a little bit more variety

Sudden Organ is an instant classic though

Omg that’s so funny before I drunkenly went to bed I was in the bathroom to “sudden organ” and was legit thinking of “warning” you that I thought sudden organ was a/the weak spot

Opener, double dare, and nowhere near are my favorites. Not best YLT I do agree tho

It’s flawed but Heart gotta be their best. And then nothing is now a bit overrated. I agree with ars that I am not afraid is probably a bit underrated. So is electropura. Heart just feels like their classic to me, and was one of my favorite albums “growing up”. I almost feel like more people these days would say And Then Nothing. But it almost feels too specific, too moody…like Amnesiac over OKC/KA. What could I mean? SILENCE *lightning cracks, I am nowhere to be seen*

Heart is one of the most classic examples of a jack of all trades / master of [almost] none album i've heard in my days. I Am Not Afraid is more fun and more consistent in that regard and Nothing is just end-to-end winners for 11pm lounge indie, favourite sweater large bottle of wine nd all

Yeah my pick would be heart at the moment. Nothing is a bit overrated.
