Alright this is the album I should have started on when trying to break into their discography in the past. This one is hitting just right. I dug their debut too, but Minas Morgul wasn't quite connecting for whatever reason.

Minas has a weird mix. Several of the instruments are stacked in the center like they're in mono. It's almost uncomfortable but has an odd charm, like you're listening to a video game with limited audio capacity.
