O' God and Redeemer are both awesome. Former is extreme mathcore and latter is noise-rock/metalcore

Meridional is them starting to refine their more melodic side they started on Anti Mother

same, and while I don't think it's fair or even warranted as much as its been made a big deal of, I don't think the band (until recently at least, I think) has/was able to shake off the notion of being a Botch "rip-off" especially with this album and O'God

Gave this another chance and I'll admit it grew on me but I don't see my rating going much higher than this.

I really like how they got Chino and Cove to actually influence the sound of the album rather than them just coming in and singing a couple lines, more bands should do that with features

Robots 3 Humans 0 goes in too

That's because Chino whenever he guests makes each song sound like a Deftones track. I love the dude but everything he does just sounds like Deftones either if he's guesting or doing a sideproject

I think maybe his voice just has that effect on the mind

Also Cory's vocal evolution from album to album is amazing

His words were really slurred on Redeemer and Anti Mother bit his diction has gotten way better, his voice has been really powerful on the last two.
