On Doppelganger and before he actually sounded really good. It wasn't really impressive or anything but he knew where he sounded good and stayed there.

Yeah i'm the same as you. Doppel was THE album for me for about a year. One of my many gateway bands really. As i said he's always been a bit of a bitch, the voice thing only came in @ this album
