What I love on this one is that they didn't really use a lot of electronics, they instead PLAYED like they were machines,
especially the drumming. Which works fantastically on a thematic level too

For sure. And then they actually nailed electronics properly on Intimacy (although I wish there was more real drumming, since this guy...I forget his name....is one of the best in indie rock). If only they hadn't abandoned it on Four where they proved they kinda suck without it
