I don't see why so many people like this. Sure, it's melodic and aggressive, but it's so banal. I
can't sit through this.
First 2 songs and Starchild = excellent albeit the middle section of Starchild is lame. Which is why
this gets a 2. The rest of the album is pretty fucking boring.
It's a shame, really. Top class musicians going to waste.

Each to his own, I guess. But the tracks that I didn't mention just go on way past their mark. The clean vocals aren't that great either. They're not very interesting, but props for not using Pro Tools to enhance his voice.
Oh well. I'll give Time a shot as well... if it ever fucking comes out.

I thought his singing was pretty good in a folky kind a way on this album. Not to mention those high-pitched wails he does are really badass.

Trilogique I actually thought the same thing about Starchild for a little while
I didn't want to get the album just cause of that part, but then I started to like it after hearing that nice climax into the other riffs

Eak, I think that's why I dislike it. I'm not a folk fan.
I dunno. I prefer the upbeat, aggressive sections of the album. They work a lot better in my ears than the melodic breaks.
