i mean they just seem a little melodramatic which i usually group under with being immature/juvenile.
and i know i know, i gave ctts and off minor a 5 while those lyrics are much more melodramatic, but they seem to be able to articulate upon what they are saying and don't rely on the lyrics as much as brand new and are able to create great compositions instrumentally as well. I think if there was just a little bit more going on here instrumentally it wouldn't have depreciated in value to me as it has now.

i think there is just as much going on instrumentally as ctts, maybe not as loud or fast, but just as much going on. i dunno, i think the lyrics are perfect for their music

well i'm just saying if i'm going to consider an album a 4.5 or 5 it has to do something that sets itself apart from its scene. i'm saying i don't really see this album setting itself apart from the alt/indie pack, while it is better than most i don't feel that little intangible feeling that make me see it as a classic.
