'Opeth have at least 4 albums that are better than ghost revs, let's be honest'

Morningrise, Still Life... oh wait I'm stuck, guess they don't then.

I totaly love Manufacturing Discontent. It has so many different parts and it is insane how Greg is rampaging through that shit

Greg’s vocal performance on this is what pushes it into 5 territory for me. Absolutely deranged. And dissociation is just beautiful.

Dude just went full mental on this record, just like on stage. Hard to top this performance.

Agreed - if his vocal performance was comparatively restrained and well-produced as it was on OOUITK for example, I don't think this would have quite been the album it ended up being.

That little hint of genuine psychopathy is what takes this into 5 territory.

it’s unrivaled imo.

Limerent Death, Low Feels Blvd, Surrogate, Honeysuckle, Nothing to Forget, and the t/t especially are all some of their best.

A lot of this reminds me of Ire Works. Not sure why I didn’t really hear that before. I liked that album more than I remembered as wel. Probably my favorite after CI.

t/t is such an astounding closing track to a discography, I mean it's even like blackstar good.
