Hey, they're making money. Can't live off the "underground" scene forever...

I like the direction they went. The sound they have contrived sounds as if they've been doing that forever. Also, with Oli Sykes voice taking a shit from all the screaming, this sounds awesome. Call them sell outs, call them whatever but remember they're making the money, not you.

Haha at no point did anyone say they're not doing a great job of making money. Their main support festival billings and selling out of Wembley and similar size venues are incredible achievements...



We're just saying this album sucks and is a huge step down from where they were at with Sempiternal.

Yeah that's it man. They gave it up for the pot of gold. Fair play to them if that's what they wanted, they'll be really well off now they've got to this level if they keep it up for a couple more albums.

Yea their sound changed, but this is the direction they wanted to go. CHANGE. Everyone is afraid of change. Plus as I said earlier Oli's voice was taking a crap from all the screaming he did. Might not be used to the new sound but I love it. Also about the money thing. Everyone seems to think when bands change their tune, they are sell-outs.. Not the case here. To some they may think they've went downhill because of the sound but by them moving forward and experimenting with a new sound, I say kudos. People just have to learn to get used to it...

It gets a 2 for Doomed and Blasphemy - and maybe Drown - the rest is pure garbage.

Haha no that's not what I was saying! The change from TIWTEOYSWMF to CYB was positive. The change from CYB to SS was positive. The change from SS to TIAHBMISITIAHLKIAS was positive. The change from TIAHBMISITIAHLKIAS to Sempiternal was positive. And also whilst become more and more accessible they still had some heavy stuff going on and some interesting experimental elements too. With this one, as pencil said, they gave up their artistic integrity.
