Straight outta Currents: groovy bass, sweet poppy chorus and a nostalgic knack. Not bad but I think I've grown tired of this sound.

And at this point he just did one album of this sound, so it isn't a tired old formula (yet). Even the poppier stuff from Lonerism is quite different compared to Currents

To each his own my dear friend. I think I've listened to Currents too much: the first time I listened to it I was blown away by the thickness of tha bass, now I only listen to some cuts out of the album context.

for me, so far nothing released reached the heights of Let It Happen, Reality In Motion and New Person, but they're all as solid as The Moment, Eventually, < I Know, Love/Paranoia. the rest here is weak honestly.

Basically agree with the best and good cuts off this, but apart from Posthumous Forgiveness, none of the singles hit me in any particular way.
