1. not my point, just cuz you don't hear him in clubs or on the radio doesn't mean shit. He's undeniably one of the most relevant rappers in history and easily the most successful old school artist. Honestly, virtually anyone over 30 (people who grew up in the golden era) will think you are absurd if you don't have KRS in your top 10... Kendrick knows KRS-One, believe me.
2. Because you don't seem to get how big KRS once was and is among people who actually emcee. Theres no rapper over 30 that doesn't know KRS-One... Pac, Nas and Eminem (and I think Biggie too, probably even Dre somewhere) are all on record saying they studied KRS and think he's a legend... I could find them all saying it if you really want me to.
3. Yeah a bum that the artist abuses, then who turns out to be god in the last sentence of both songs to teach a moral lesson, hardly similar. Kendrick coulda named that song False PRide... you are lying to yourself breh
