I've said this album is overrated before, but doing so was usually just to tease this site for it's Nirvana hard on. Really, when you take into context what this album is to music, it is not overrated. At all. Now if this was like a 3.0 then maybe i'd say "fuck it" and review it on it's own criteria but the thing is - my actual rating for this isn't too far off from the average so what's the point in calling it super overrated? My Sput Rating would be a 3.5, with my actual rating being a 38.5. Not too far off from a 4.2, and take into context any other important rock album(ESPECIALLY from the 90's) on this site - the average is decently lower.

Like even though this is technically "overrated" on my scale can we start talking about albums that legitimately deserve to be pounded for being overrated rather than just every album with an average a few paces above our own?
