@snide, if you check priest I'd personally say sad wings is the best place to start. There's a lot of variety and it's probably Halford's best vocal performance

Sad Wings might be their magnum opus and all, but it usually takes
time to grow. Plus, one would have to be a seasoned classic rocker to
love SWoD easily.
