Well, he's the Jesus lizard bassist (among other projects). David Yow is the frontman of the Jesus lizard (I figured DavidYowi is a fan, so this may be a toughie for DavidYowi to answer). Also, the Jesus Lizard have an album called GOAT. Comment had layers

I’m gonna be honest I’ve only listened to Goat, I just chose this name for the joke. I do think Goat is a great album though and the bass on it is great

Oh true, I thought you might've been a mega David Yow fan who maybe purchased one of those record players he used to make (he would put all kinds of stuff in them, bugs, dead plants etc). Liar is also pretty good if you wanna check more JL, something about the mix, and the lack of high frequencies in the vocals, makes it a real smooth listen
