tog is my second favorite, this has some of the absolute best sections of music neurosis has ever written, and prolly the best atmosphere besides eye of every, but i think there's quite a few places they could have trimmed some fat off, parts that im just like "ok go on........", tog is a masterpiece until towards the end where it does trail off a bit

i mean hey
i used to loathe the band, maybe i have a special place for tog cause its the first album to make me go "wow, i wanna hear this again" from them
idk its brilliantly paced and coherent yet insanely dark and chaotic but for me, what could be a masterpiece is just brought down by parts i dont like
enemy of the sun is creepier for me, the use of samples is probs better so for old school neurosis this is still only my second fave, but who knows, maybe ill see something in some of the songs i dont enjoy too much and 5 it lol
