Shit I meant to ask does Tom even sing any hooks or verses on this album? He seems to have more of a presence on OTIP. I’m still such a noob to this band.

Sorry I'm still sticking with Chamberlain Waits as their 2nd best and After the Party as their 3rd. Vocals and guitars are just so much more interesting to me. I wish I had been a fan early enough to see them play some of these live besides I Was Born. Songs like Who's Your Partner, Times Tables, Deep Sleep, and Tasker-Morris Station would still be great.

@noler Thick As Thieves, The Bars, Boy Blue, and House On Fire are Tom songs.

OTIP Tom songs are Burn After Writing, Ava House, Freedom Bridge, Sculptors and Vandals, and Nice Things.

@TheSupernatural they sometimes do throw in a few old ones, depends. Although I admit I've seen them play both in Philly and Scranton so they tend to give their hometown areas those treats more often

Damn Greg is the almighty obviously, but Tom must’ve found his voice here too because I can’t even tell it’s the same guy singing those songs as “burn after writing”.

I love the vox on The Bars especially

The Bars is top 5 Tom songs for me.
