I grew up with dbz, I have more than 20
It is "fun", but I think dbz is the big responsible for people thinking that anime isn't anything more than just a bunch of repetitive fights over and over about who pulls out the strongest attack, lacking any kind of plot or character development

Yeah, I forgot to specify; Princess Mononoke is the best Ghibli film directed by Hayao Miyazaki.

I agree that it feels super rushed and the development of the characters doesn't benefit from it
