nothing i've heard has any deathcore-y stuff going on. way more melodic and fewer breakdowns. some songs are written with 7 strings and some with 6. their last 3 releases were recorded by the same dude and they're going to someone else this time. i think people will be satisfied

it was a lazy term, i'm mostly referring to the songs where it's obvious they're trying to only be heavy. i didn't hear any "death chords", the new stuff is more complex and feels-y

complex chord progression is what has me interested the most. i really hope they start getting more interesting basslines too
