Ocean is right. There are few moments in a bearded mans life when he's allowed to cry without diminishing his masculinity, and that is one of them.

But yeah, I'll listen to it again, and maybe it would probably reach to a 5 hopefully. This year I'm as technical as fuck with these things.

Btw, it doesn't have anything to do with isis, but it's pretty close musically (and the song title)

yeah but I can't decide what part of speech "syndic" is, and that really bothers me. is it an adjective? calls that are reminiscent of a syndicate, as in "distant shouts?" is it a noun, where the title is the action of a syndic calling, like "mom shouts?"

let's not bring semantics into band/album/song titles that will only end in confusion and vexation. Besides i think it pretty unambiguously refers to telephone calls Aaron and co. received from municipal magistrates in certain countries, probably to tell them what a fucking dope record oceanic was and that the others aren't too shabby themselves, though also caviling that The Red Sea is front-loaded and has inconsistent production.

blasting that sludge riff halfway into hym in my car in the parking lot of the park where my first live and I used to hang out was probably the most emotional musical experience I've ever had.
