they made a fair bit of money off their stadium rock tunes like australia and you stole the sun but they're always the most painful tunes on the album so attempting to weather the whole of send away the tigers is essentially you asking for a minor inner ear injury

know your enemy is underrated in terms of adorability. obviously its a fairly burnt out band recording anything they can think of just to fill the album up but to me it's got loads of personality

manics have some decent b-side tunes from the first four albums too, definitely a band worth yer own compilation tape
