I mean, most music is melodic guys. You can have really dissonant melodies. That said, I listen to radio static and shit, so maybe my opinions on how melody works are less valid. That chorus riff on Heaven in Her Arms in so beautiful. Jake's screams have always struck me as some of the most desperate sounds that could ever come out of a man.
