mhm, im a rush fanboy so i like pretty much everything they do. tho of course some albums aren't nowhere as impressive as their other work

Neil Young is good but nowhere near Dylan's level as a songwriter.

Different vibes, both have been very productive and both have made classics as well as cringeworthy material. I prefer to like them both equally. Wouldn't compare them to Rush either.

Completely different style of music. Dylan however dominates his scene. Always found Neil Young to be the singer / song writer equivelent of the Stones. Great songs, but apart from one album he hasn't constantly hit the money. Dylan did that twice in the same year - Blood on the Tracks and desire for instance.
