"Morningrise" is the best thing I have heard from Opeth (admittedly I haven't heard Orchid or most of Damnation yet), and I can honestly say I have never heard anything like it. That combination of progressive, death and black metal all in one is just beautiful. "My Arms, Your Hearse" is similar but I feel that "Morningrise" just topples it
