Beat's around a 3.5/5 for me. There are definitely some really good songs on there, my personal favorite being Neurotica. That one's fucking nuts, especially when you consider the fact that Adrian Belew is doing such rapid-fire narration while playing the guitar at the same time. Amazing multitasker that guy is

if it follows the same musical style as this one, I'd probably dig it, even if it is weaker

It's like this one, but more commercial and accessible and a bit less math-y and polyrhythmic

Fripp listened to the Steven Wilson remix of Lizard and he appreciated the album a lot more. Beat, ToaPP, and Thrak are solid, but don't touch any of the albums that came before.

Gavin was one of the drummers yeah, he's indeed a beast. Was really glad that Tony Levin was there too, who played on this album.

I knew this was good on initial inspection but I’m really starting to love it now. No weak moments that I can unearth, and believe me I usually find many.
