You just fail to see this album is actually pretty poor.

nag you coulda just youtube some videos opposed to waiting for a reply, also, TGM gives me a totally different feeling than colors does, two seperate albums, they got their similarities but they are not exactly alike. there are twists and turns around every corner on this album, while still holding a song together...while TGM is more structured and less surprising (except obscuficationughapdf).

Yeah, but only after you get to know it - it's rather unpredictable on first listen.

I kind of the same opinion with Waior. I said earlier that it seems like they are trying to sound like Porcupine Tree, Dream Theater, and Opeth. Though the DT and Opeth influences are a lot more obvious. I imagine soon my rating for the TGMD will probably go down as well(i've already bumped it down since my original rating).

(B) The Decade of Statues is becoming more "meh" to me each passing day.

Informal Gluttony is infinitely worse.

Backtrack is the worst guys. Gluttony is good, but it's almost like a real song because it has a repeating chorus.

no no, hitman, u dum.

Ants of the Sky = White Walls (4)
Veridian = Sun of Nothing (3.5)
Prequel to the Sequel = Decade of Statues (3)
The Backtrack (2)
Informal Gluttony (1.5)

uh oh that averages to (3.06). I guess my rating is wrong

Prequel and White Walls I still listen to occasionally, the other tracks are average.

The beginning of Prequel is one of my favourite parts on the album

I spent a long time learning that intro but I did it without playing to the song because of the different
tuning. Turns out the tab was decently wrong and I was too lazy to try again.

There's that one riff though let me find it that... the riff at 3:36 in Prequel is one of my favorite
BTBAM. Spending the time to learn an entire BTBAM is honestly beyond me.

Right on Shuggah, I was about to add that.

Rest of the song isn't as exhilarating.
