"Actually nope. It's possible to enjoy something without immersing yourself/getting involved with those in the fanbase."
I never said it wasn't wtf? You're just putting words in my mouth at this point. Also, I literally said that I like Tool, excluding this album. I simply mentioned that a lot of people have an issue with Tool, not because of their music, but because of a certain portion of their fanbase. But I certainly never said or implied that I was one of those people. I expanded on the type of Tool fan I was referring to and other people clearly understand what I was talking about. Honestly, feels like you're trying to argue just for the sake of it.
"Not sure why you're getting so much backlash, you're right on the money"
I have no idea. It seems like it's just Wretched though, unless I missed one. Idk if they just misinterpreted my original comment or what lol

On a different note, these songs are so much better live than on the album.

Every day they reveal more of their true face, Tool haters are pretty much the sorry excuse of the American lesser sapiens bacterial intellect teenagers who cannot separate religion and faith, artist and their art, criticism and hate and so on. One like me can only hope that Tool fans keep pwning your fragile egos.

OMG I was gonna make a Kierkegaard reference too but I've been reading Fear and Trembling so I was gonna take offense to the faith seperated from religion bit, can I take you out for drinks??!

Aight, so (aside from doof being normal and respectful), why do the rest of you feel the need to be asshats? You respect the band...yet basically respond like a beavis and/or butthead — lol, it sucks, a 1 (fucking serious?!?) out of 5, all these Tool stans are so stupid blah blah blah...
...but you respect the band? You’re acting like assholes.

just as borkengaard famously proclaimed, human life can be divided into the splendiferous, the quixotic, and the bucktick

Kinda crazy how long this has been out now. Kid was 4 at the time, holy shit. Blink and you miss it.
Just checked and Invincible still gives me the feels. Said it somewhere else but this album just feels like they're always on the verge of fucking GOING but they never quite do.

pretty sure time moves at the same rate for everyone. that line always triggers me, such a trite and meaningless thing to say
"this album just feels like they're always on the verge of fucking GOING but they never quite do" thats cause it was made by geriatrics. this album should be played in nursing homes
