When i saw them maynard added some singing during the build up just before dat drop with the gong and it made it infinitely better. Shit was awesome.

If you switch"Culling Voices" and "Descending" places the album flows way better and feels more impactful to me.
I do agree 7empest is the weakest song of the album. It may have gotten a good impression because it is obviously the most immediate song but it does feel like a bunch of ideas forcefully put together to create a track that really goes nowhere and repeats itself a bit too much, specially in the last 5-7 min. I really do think that Invincble-Culling Voices-Descending in that particular order is the strongest stretch of the album.
