a lot of people who like this album found it kinda boring at first, including me. There's a lot of subtleties to the instrumentals and production that aren't immediately apparent. But it is slow paced indie folk at the end of the day so won't be for everyone. If you find this boring don't check Julien Baker though, she is truly boring af
