Not the best DM album ever, but I haven't heard many that have such a tasty combination of music, production and artwork. Shame everything else I've heard from this band is in some way disappointing.

Yeah this is certainly a bit of a one off. Nergals experience with near-death certainly have brought Behemoth into a whole new identity.

That said this is a badass album. There's just so much nuance to all the composition in spite of the records bombast.
